Social Media Nominees:
Miste Hower
- "I have experience with personal and volunteer social media experience for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. It could transfer over to GASW."
Nicole Walsh
- " I would love to be the Social Media chair and get the chance to intertwine my love for social work and marketing. This not only will allow me to get more connected to the community but also give me a chance to apply everything I have learned throughout my life growing up in the generation that created and developed social media. This position is unique and would bring me a lot of joy being able to take the pictures and create posts in hopes of growing the GASW on all social media platforms."

Speaker Chair Nominee
:
Sarah Key
- I have dedicated my 15 year career to improving the lives of at-risk youth in the central Texas area. Some of my most rewarding positions were with Communities In Schools as the Program Manager at Bastrop High School. I then became the first social worker ever hired on by the district to serve the High School students. Currently, I work to remove barriers to academic success as a Licensed Mental Health Professional with AISD. At this stage in my career, I am ready to expand my skill base, as well as, give back to the profession with a leading group of practitioners. I believe I could be an asset in helping recruit speakers/presenters for future presentations.
